職場跟老闆溝通之程式解

職場溝通是件很重要的技能,不要老是嫌你的老闆是豬頭,其實99.9%是因為老闆沒聽懂你的話(或沒準備好想聽你講話)。今天跟同事切磋一下也就研究出一個方程式,發現職場溝通可以有程式解,把它背起來包準你人見人愛。

「老闆,關於"A",因為考量最大限制"B",所以初步跟商討後考慮了個方案,第N(1)案是....;第N(2)案是....;第N(3)案... ,經M方考量後,個人覺得應該屬第N(x)案比較適當,但這樣可能會產生後果"R"。如果老闆你不反對的話,我會朝N(x)案方式來進行A,至於後果"R",如果你還是覺得很Care,我想再跟充分詢問意見後再向您報告。」

還沒結束喔~ 重點是,上面這一串話要在T分鐘內講完,T的常模值是3分鐘,但深信這跟你和老闆年薪差額值平方成反比,也就是如果我在鴻海,老闆恰好姓郭,那我套這個方程式連同換氣的時間大概只有5秒.

我們的領養計畫

其實~ 做好事還是不會太難~ 只要下定決心就好!! 透過短期寄養計畫來的寶寶在過去的半年中的確給了我們莫大的信心,所以我們已經在大陸新疆完成登記領養的手續。順利的話,半年內將會有個小胖妞正式成為我們家庭的一員。 接下來,我們得要考慮給他一個有意義的名字,其實,Rainbow早就想好 Ruth這個英文名,希望她未來能像聖經裡的"路得",雖在患難中成長,仍擁有純潔的愛心與屬靈的信心。反觀,中文的部分就比較麻煩,因為現在大陸因為重複太多,已實施禁止登記單名,此外我們期望是要想個對她有意義的名字。 在經過一夜重拾四書五經下,得到2個結論,(PS.所以,奉勸小朋友還是要多念點四書五經,不然會叔叔一樣尷尬。) 彙整一下,有下面兩個結論。

王婼偲
王婼之

婼 ㄖㄨㄛˋ 是漢代西域的古國,也就是現在新疆的前身,簡單來說就是新疆的古地名。
偲ㄙ 源自論語"切切偲偲,怡怡如也,可謂士矣。朋友切切偲偲,兄弟怡怡",是描述朋友彼此激勵鼓勵之意。

但是"婼偲"念起來有點饒舌,所以想到用婼之,"之"在康熙字典的解釋也有肯定、真誠、聯繫的意思~

離婚有礙環保 數據會說話[中廣新聞網]

離婚率升高有礙環保?這兩件看來風馬牛不相及的事怎麼會扯到一塊去?

根據日前公布的一項研究顯示,全球離婚率上升的確對環境造成負面影響,降低能源和資源使用效率,也增加了公用事業開銷。

美國媒體報導,密西根州立大學研究人員進行一項研究顯示:「離婚通常讓配偶中的一方搬家組建新的家庭,因而增加了物力消耗和居住土地面積」,而且「跟已婚家庭相比,離異家庭每人平均能源使用效率也比較低」。

調查指出,2005年,美國離異家庭比已婚家庭人均水電費用高出56%,人均消耗資源比分居前提高多達61%。

這項研究表明,「由於人均消耗量上升,離異家庭的個人可能也會產生更多的廢棄物、廢水,以及溫室氣體等廢氣,從而導致氣候變暖、生物多樣性下降等全球環境變化」。

很棒的MindMap的網路資源列表,包含免費的工具下載網址, 尤其近一年,Mindmap幫了我不少忙~ 只要習慣並把他內化成個人知識整理的方法後,真的不錯.

  7. RecallPlus: Give your learning potential a boost with this powerful online mapping tool. You can even install it on a flash drive, making it easy to take anywhere with you.
  8. Debate Mapper: Have an argument you need to win? Get your thoughts in order with this free debate mapping utility.
  9. Gliffy: Use Gliffy to draw and share colorful and image-laden diagrams and mind maps right online.
  10. WiseMapping: This web-based mind mapping program allows users to share their mind maps with anyone over the Internet by importing, exporting and embedding them in a webpage.
  11. Mind42: This free browser-based program allows users to create mind maps, make notes on individual nodes, add images, links and more.
  12. Mapul: Spice up your mind maps with over 6,000 free images in Mapul. This web app comes in two levels of service, and requires Silverlight and Java, both of which you can download for free.
  13. Bookvar: Make mind mapping easy and fun with Bookvar. Users can create full-color maps and add images and even chat with collaborators.
  14. FreeMind: This popular Java-based mind mapping software makes it simple to create mindmaps that can be “folded” and integrated with web links.
  15. Deep Mehta: DeepMehta is a “knowledge management” program to help users collaborate and network data. The program is open source and totally free to use.
  16. WikkaWiki: Use wikis to map your thoughts with this program. It’s lightweight and PHP based to help you quickly and easily map anything you need.

再見! 皇朝

好朋友阿盛的"皇朝泰食"暫時停業了~ 說是暫時,大家也都心知肚明. "經營"不比打打電腦遊戲, 的確是件不簡單的事. 昨晚很榮幸被邀請擔認他們最後一批的客人(用榮幸這個形容詞是有點感傷,但是真的很感激與阿盛的友誼). 皇朝的結束,對我和Rainbow,可能需要一段不短的時間適應沒有"超厚蝦餅" 的日子~

阿盛其實做了個正確且勇敢的決定, 在附近SOGO頂好商圈,商店流動率本來就大,但是仔細觀察,不難發現客人常爆滿的不是高檔價位的Neo19, TGI.Fridays,SOGO美食街..etc.就是在這些店旁轉角巷裡的一排排LBT (路邊攤). 這不就是大前研一的M型社會再一例證?
這樣說來或許對常到皇朝報到的我來說,還是可以很"阿Q"地鼓勵自己: 或許我們仍是這社會中持續堅持的那一小群人~

阿盛是勇敢的~ 期待他整理再出發. 在這之前他可能要先決擇下次得要M到哪一邊.

這年頭,做好事比做壞事還難?!

東森新聞指出「棄嬰事件一天三起」,看了心頭真是無比難過,難過的不僅是社會淪落如此,更令我們難過的是現行社會官僚的福利制度讓我們"不能做什麼!"。想起,早在我和Rainbow參加家扶基金會寄養計畫前曾諮詢另一個某大兒童福利機構,向其表示願意登記收養的意願,但該機構因為Rainbow身分為非"中華民國"國籍而以家庭不夠穩定為由婉拒我們,但隨後又指出,依我們的身分情況可以安排特殊案例(身心障礙、罕見疾病)。 這是啥邏輯? 既然嫌我們不夠穩定,為什麼還要依照身分做特殊安排? 我們雖非貴非富,但好歹還有信心擁有多一點的愛心。 難到,這年頭,做好事比做壞事還難?!

34 歲完成一件17歲沒做的事

標題下的很聳動~ 其實只是為了呼應好朋友小朱寫的「我,35歲!」,算一算,小朱算是高我ㄧ屆的"學長",所以這樣我也算34囉~

34歲的上週末,和Rainbow跟另一群好朋友(恆豪夫婦、子文夫婦...etc)去參加廣播金鐘晚會,為的幫娃娃(金智娟)加油、鼓掌加尖叫~ 一伙人拿著大海報蹲在星光大道旁呆等,只為了等娃娃進場時尖叫! 不蓋你,我們這群"阿叔級"的歌迷,聲音跟熱情絕不輸在旁的Teens~ 不過,尖叫的同時,心理也不禁自豪: 最起碼在「34 歲完成一件17歲沒做過的事~」。回想起 17,18歲的我,或許身在資訊不發達的南部,也或許生命還不懂什麼是熱情,也或許是代溝,跟現在所謂所感受到的青少年完全不搭嘎。而這次會有這樣的壯舉,完全是因為"Friendship",如同上一回說的,也若沒有他們Yen與WaWa夫妻倆,各位就看不到這個Blog啦!(詳情請參閱此篇) 。

美好的結局總是讓人再三回味,沒浪費我們聲嘶力竭的加油聲,WaWa順利拿下今年(第42屆)廣播金鐘獎流行音樂主持人獎~ 這一晚,不僅感到與有榮焉,也讓我短暫忘了我已是個34歲的阿叔!
